Fast, clear, and direct communication is essential in logistics. With the Key Contact Crew (KCC), we’re providing our customers with a new solution that makes their key contacts instantly accessible – online, mobile, and updated in real time.

Our goal is to make communication even more efficient and reliable – in line with our values: "Customer First", "Fast – Reliable – Committed", and "Keep it Short & Simple."

What is the KCC?

The KCC is a digital contact hub we create individually for each customer. It includes:

  • Contact details for the responsible ACSL teams
  • General addresses and emergency phone numbers
  • Download section for important documents
  • vCard import for direct phonebook integration
  • Interactive team introductions

The page can be saved as a browser favorite and replaces the traditional PDF contact list. The PDF is still available but no longer updated automatically. The online version, however, is continuously maintained and always current.
