In a joint discussion, our expert asks the right questions in order to get the clearest possible picture of the requirement. Depending on the complexity, different analysis tools are used.
One or more approaches are developed by our experts, compared by subjecting different route maps to reverse planning based on the target event.
If necessary, route maps are simulated to identify and evaluate relevant risk factors and subsequently to be able to work out different price and service options. Customized workflow and process template preparation occur in tandem with this.

Thanks to the >90% automated process control, our logistics planners can focus on processing the escalated deviations instead of identifying them in the first place. These are interpreted individually and, if necessary, corrective measures are initiated. If a deviation has a relevant impact on the target date, an escalation to the client follows in order to coordinate and initiate alternative plans.
