New space, new processes, new benchmark in contract logistics.
In March 2025, we reached our next milestone: the expansion of a new logistics site with 12,000 m² of space – implemented in record time, alongside ongoing customer operations.
The warehouse was physically established within just two days; after two weeks, it was fully operational and productively in use. This was made possible through targeted planning, efficient system integration – and a strong commitment to digital thinking.
Especially noteworthy: not a single work order was printed.
The entire warehouse setup – from goods receipt, storage strategy, and shelving to picking – was carried out entirely digitally.

Several of our contract logistics customers reported short-term space requirements. At the same time, the new site offered the opportunity to expand our warehouse capacity fourfold.
The challenge: the buildout had to take place under full load, without operational limitations for existing customers – fast, secure, and fully digital.
