The innovative logistics company is setting another milestone in its company history with the construction of new headquarters.
On May 3, 2024, the symbolic groundbreaking ceremony for the new headquarters of ACS Logistics took place in Asten. The groundbreaking and demanding project is intended to reflect the performance, agility and modernity of the specialist for global logistics solutions. The new company headquarters including logistics terminal will be built in accordance with current sustainability standards and with a clear focus on “new work” equipment and infrastructure.
Construction began in mid-March, followed by the ceremonial groundbreaking ceremony on May 3, 2024, which was attended by the founder and managing director trio Gerald Kleeberger, Ulrich Hartwig and Thomas Sticht as well as numerous guests of honor from politics and business. The modern logistics terminal is scheduled to go into operation in January 2025, followed by the office building in the second quarter of 2025. On a floor space of 27,600 m², 2,000 m² of office space and 10,200 m² of logistics space will be created for a total of 130 workplaces.
"Our new HQ is the authentic result of our consistent quality standards in order to be able to meet the needs of our demanding customers from the automotive, high-tech, plant and mechanical engineering sectors even better in the future. With the new location, we are expanding existing capacities and the service portfolio for our customers." emphasizes Gerald Kleeberger.
The location of the new company headquarters in the immediate vicinity of the Westautobahn, the Asten train station and the Frunpark shopping center promises optimal accessibility and infrastructure for our employees and customers.
"We don't just want to build a company building, we want to create the ideal working environment for the most talented and best logistics specialists in the country." says Thomas Sticht.
The property will meet high sustainability standards and be certified silver according to "ÖGNI". The sustainable features include an efficient heating system with concrete core activation, a ventilation system with heat recovery, a 200 kWp PV system and an electric charging infrastructure.
"With the construction of our new headquarters, we are making a statement for progress and sustainability. This decision is not only an investment in our future, but also a commitment to environmentally conscious actions and our corporate culture. Together with our team, we are determined to set new standards and to produce innovative solutions that drive a sustainable future," says Ulrich Hartwig.
This project is being implemented together with our partners Habau Hoch- und Tiefbaugesellschaft m.b.H, Ingeba Projekt GmbH, Thomas Schneider Baumanagement, Offora GmbH, Anzinger Logistik GmbH, RVM Versicherungsmakler GmbH, Raiffeisenbank Region Vöcklabruck, Bridge Corporate Finance.
