Finalist at the Hermes Business Award 2020.

For the third time in a row, ACS Logistics was again selected among the three finalists of the renowned Hermes Business Award.

After taking first place in the category "Logistics” in 2019, this time we were selected among the three best companies in Austria in the general category "Services”. This honor is in full accordance with our credo Simply Excellent.

The awards were presented on October 9th with a reduced number of visitors due to CoV19 in the historical halls of the Vienna Hofburg.

About the Award.

‍

The Hermes Business Award (Hermes Wirtschaftspreis) is the annual award for great entrepreneurship in Austria. Media House Kurier together with the Federal Ministry of Economics, Leitbetriebe Austria, Reed Exhibition Austria as well as the Austrian Federal Economic Chamber honors companies with the awarding of the "Business-Oscars", which bring outstanding achievements into the public's eye and strengthens the image of Austria as a business location internationally.

Mode of the Evaluation.

‍

Overall, companies were awarded in eight categories. The evaluation procedure takes seven indicators into account, e.g. sales growth, employee growth, profitability and internationalization. Thus, these indicators assess both entrepreneurial performance, the performance of the entire enterprise and the importance of the enterprise to the economy and society of Austria, e.g. through the inclusion of domestically created jobs or export performance, which is for the future overall wellbeing of a small economy of particular importance.
