Digitization Knowledge Management @ ACS Logistics.

Quality, professionalism and performance are the dominant drivers of success and growth at ACS Logistics and accordingly we attach particular importance to internal knowledge management. Therefore, in cooperation with the Johannes Kepler University (JKU) Linz, we initiated the project "Digitization Knowledge Management @ ACS Logistics", which was developed by a team of students from the master’s course at the Institute for Business Informatics.

This comprehensive project is intended to consolidate company-relevant knowledge and make it centrally accessible to our employees. Critical success factors for this project include content generation, control and maintenance as well as the publishing of know-how in order to avoid redundancies and to remain fair to our basic attitude of the learning, agile organization.

We congratulate the JKU project team on the successful final presentation with the highest number of positive votes from the jury of all the works presented in this year and thank you for developing the necessary scientific basis for successful implementation in our organization.
