In Q3 2025, we launched ACS Taskport, an internal tool designed to answer one central question: Where should all the tasks that arise every day across the business go? How can they be coordinated efficiently and routed to the right desk?

The answer is now simple: one task. One place. One workflow. Clear accountability.

One Entry Point. Multiple Workflows.

Whether it is purchase requests, facility reports, IT support, office supplies, or preparing for a visitor appointment, all requests are captured centrally in ACS Taskport and automatically assigned to the right owner. Even complex decision paths are built directly into the workflow. This ensures process chains are followed without requiring anyone to memorize how they work.

Three Practical Examples from Our Daily Operations.

  • Facility Management at our HQ in Asten: Whether it is a defective light fixture or a safety-related observation, the right people are notified automatically. No searching. No follow-up questions. No "Who is responsible for this?" loops.
  • Centralized Purchasing: Office supplies, IT hardware, and related requests are managed through a single entry point. Structured, traceable, and approved through predefined workflows.
  • Visitor Preparation: When guests are expected and meeting rooms, technical equipment, or other preparations are required, the request follows the same process. Users do not have to work through documentation to find the right contacts.
