Following the successful implementation of complex logistics projects, we have taken the next step. Together with our customer, we developed a customized webshop to manage the global distribution of vehicle spare parts to participating dealers.
The webshop developed by ACS serves as the central digital interface connecting the dealer network, warehouse operations, transport partners, and supply chain processes. Through direct integration with the Warehouse Management System and seamless connectivity with the ACS Logistics ecosystem, a fully integrated process chain is created. The process covers everything from order placement and inventory availability to shipping execution and shipment tracking.
The platform provides the digital foundation for efficiently managing a global spare parts supply network within an integrated 5PL logistics model.
